You are in ongoing contact with our customers in Germany and abroad. You complete the order processing with SAP as well as the maintenance of customer master data in CRM. You process complaints from our customers. You create the corresponding correspondence. You work closely with our sales team in the field service.

You have completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial businessman (m/w/d) and already have experience in the sales service. You have joy in dealing with customers and have good communication skills. You have the willingness to independently acquire knowledge of our extensive product portfolio. You work structured and independent, but also successfully in the team. You always keep an overview even with a large number of customer requests. You have experience with SAP, CRM and standard software (Microsoft Office).
