You install and wait our home emergency call devices (data collection, customer instruction, programming) You fix technical disruptions to customers on site You advise and maintain existing customers and acquire new customers You document your operations according to the requirements of the Quality Management Manual You are waiting for the smoke detectors You represent the Maltese Service as part of your activity You maintain data and perform documentation work in the mobile application system (via tablet) as well as in our IT systems You carry out service operations independently

Ideally experience in the service area, especially in the installation and maintenance of technical systems Complete technical training, preferably in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Basic technical understanding and analytical thinking Personal commitment, empathy and joy in dealing with customers Teamability and a flexible and solution-oriented approach Independent, structured and responsible work Willingness to participate in call readiness, if necessary Class B driving licence
