Shift manager (m/w/d) in banknote processing

For Prosegur Cash Services Germany GmbH in the Leipzig branch we are looking for reinforcement!

As a shift manager:in money processing you will ensure smooth running during your shift. You lead a team of around 20 employees, coordinate the tasks and are the first respondent to questions and challenges.

• Responsibility for shift operation You take over the operational management of your team and set clear standards. You actively participate in day-to-day business and keep an overview under time pressure. You count and check banknotes and coins with modern money processing machines. You prepare the funds for the deposit at the Bundesbank and commission cash for ATMs and customer deliveries. Together with the Cash Responsible you continuously optimize the processes.

– Guide strength with stability You have leadership experience, ideally as a shift or team leader: in retail, industry, crafts or security. You are powerful and remain respectful and motivating. You are adaptable, keep control and communicate clearly and legally in dynamic situations. You bring a good understanding of numbers and control them safely. You are physically fit and ready to work in early shift operation. Immigrant-free Leumund (police guidance certificate, Schufa-Auskunft) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are a prerequisite.
