At the closest possible time we are looking for you as a technical specialist:in as a senior designer:in / designer:in (w/m/d) for the DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH at the Hannover site. Your tasks:

You are responsible for the independent creation, processing and testing of plan documents, including the design of details and sub-planes, taking into account relevant guidelines, directional drawings and specialist specifications in the performance phases of HOAI. Construction of building drawings (views, outlines, cuts and details) in both 2D and 3D models for further processing in the BIM methodology in the performance phases Pre, design, approval, execution and tender planning You take over the modeling, maintenance and processing of specialist and partial models using the BIM methodology according to project-specific requirements Self-testing and coordination of measurement documents with respect to completeness and consistency Implementation of mass determinations as a basis for cost estimates and calculations in coordination with the design engineer

Your profile:

You have a completed vocational training as a signatory:in, technical:r signator:in or construction technician:in, ideally with a focus on civil engineering or comparable qualification In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in the construction of infrastructure and engineering structures We require a safe handling of common CAD applications (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SofiCAD) Knowledge and practical experience in BIM methodology are desirable Good spatial imagination and technical understanding and experience in cross-company cooperation A high self-initiative and responsibility as well as an independent, structured, communicative and careful way of working round your profile
