What awaits you: As Solution Manager Security & Global WAN, you are responsible for the distribution of complex, individually tailored security & WAN solutions (location networking) for Vodafone Business's international customers with a national and international focus and the associated footprint. You analyze customer needs and develop technical concepts based on their requirements together with our business customers, in close cooperation with Consulting and Solution Design, and ensure communication at all levels of decision, taking into account the business goals and the solution options. You build long-term, trusted business relationships with all customers and develop a long-term digitalization strategy together with the customer and support our account managers in expanding customer relationships and positioning Vodafone Business as a trusted partner. You actively test the technological market development and provide close contacts to product management to ensure that customer and market feedback flows into the development and standardization of services for the national and international market. You will ensure a permanent and sustainable pipeline structure with respect to Vodafone's security & WAN portfolio and its partners, as well as its target achievement. With regard to technological trends and product innovations in the WAN environment, you are constantly developing your personal and professional skills.

What distinguishes you: Successfully completed (special) university studies or vocational training. At least 5 years of professional experience in key account management and complex ICT solution distribution, preferably focusing on consulting-intensive project business and solutions for multinational companies Deep knowledge in terms of security & WAN solutions, in particular SASE, SDN, NaaS as well as “state-of-the-art” knowledge in terms of current trends in the security & WAN environment Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructures. Sales-oriented thinking and acting on top management levels as well as a sovereign communication in customer contact Embossed presentation and moderation capabilities German and English skills in C1 level (GER)
