Service Manager Agricultural and Construction Machinery (m/f/d)

General responsibility for customer service at several locations in Germany Professional and disciplinary leadership of the service team Ensuring high service quality along the entire order processing from the request to the diagnosis and feedback to the customer Control and continuous optimization of service processes, interfaces and standards in close cooperation with sales, technology and logistics Analysis of key figures and service feedback, derivation of measures and follow-up of the implementation for sustainable performance improvement Processing and escalation management in complex complaints as well as active communication with key customers and internal stakeholders Exchange with other service managers from other European countries to latest developments

Ideally completed master training or state-tested technicians or a completed training as agricultural and construction machine mechatronics with corresponding training Ideally professional experience in the field of agricultural and construction machinery or Professional experience for motor vehicles Multiannual experience in technical customer service or service environment, ideally with leadership responsibility Embossed customer orientation and sovereign communication capability at eye level with internal areas and external contact persons Structured, solution-oriented operation with a secure view to priorities, dates and economic impact Experience in process design and working with key figures to measurably control service quality and efficiency High sense of responsibility, team spirit and the ability to develop, motivate and clearly guide employees Good knowledge of English
