Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Do you have experience in real estate management and managing real estate? Do you like to work independently and independently in a family atmosphere?

We are looking for support for the management of our existing properties as well as high-quality condominiums from our own portfolio as project developers and developers. You take full responsibility for the administration and make it independent.

Full and independent support of our existing properties Creation of leases, annual cost accounting and execution of rental increases Organisation of maintenance measures incl.
