Consultation and support of the project management as well as the purchase in the event of cancellations and awards of construction, supply and services (including VOB, VOL, BGB, UVgO, VgV) for new construction, expansion and renewal measures in urban railway routes and properties Independent development, implementation and support of project-related procurement procedures and contracts for freelance services (HOAI, AHO, BGB) in close agreement with project management, purchasing and legal department Contractual support of engineering offices including examination, negotiation and settlement of fees and performance claims Examination, evaluation and negotiation of fee offers, invoices and contracts and supplements Creation and processing of contractual correspondence and further development and adaptation of contract patterns Technical support and coaching of the project teams in contract and procurement matters Participation in the further development of internal standards, training and tools, as well as responsibility for annual project planning and controlling in the field of urban railways

Completed studies in engineering, civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering, legal sciences or a comparable specialist Multiannual professional experience in construction and the development of complex construction or infrastructure projects Knowledge of building, planning and procurement law (including BGB, VOB, HOAI, AHO, GWB, VgV, UVgO) Business, contractual and methodological competence in project management and a strong technical understanding Very good MS Office knowledge, ideally experience with AVA programs, as well as knowledge of German in word and writing Personally, you are convinced by an independent, structured and targeted approach, secure and binding appearance as well as pronounced communication strength, innovative spirit and team capacity.
