Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

In the team, you will serve private and business customers with different concerns over all communication channels. You advise our regular and potential customers individually. You collect and process de-, post- and re-registration of our customers as well as counter data. The conclusion and collection of contracts in our IT systems (CRM and ERP) is part of your tasks. Sovereign and reliably process complaints.

You have successfully completed a commercial or technical training and experience in customer service. You have an experience in the energy industry or a very rapid understanding of energy economic relations. Friendly and communicative go to people and can adjust agilely to different situations. With your professional and service-oriented appearance as well as secure communication in word and writing you create a positive customer experience. Designed and independent work with a high level of quality, you were able to demonstrate in previous tasks. A team-oriented, cooperative way of working fits us particularly well. PC work and new media are of course for you.
