In Mobile care we accompany young people on their way to self-employment and family in stressful situations. Our services include People's youth residences, Clearing, Social Pedagogical Family Assistance (SPFH) and educational assistance.

They work in a multiprofessional team with current six educational professionals. Responsibility is clearly assigned, at the same time we attach great importance to cooperation, professional exchange and joint case reflection.

In this position, you connect pedagogical work with responsibility: They are both active in the care and responsible for the professional and organizational control of your team.

Your New Task

Team management

• Special leadership and Continuing a team of six employees
• Sicmaking and Advancement**
• Structure and Organization of workflows
• Moderation of Team meetings and Support of Participation and Feedbackculture
• Communication with youth offices, schools, parents and other specialist services
• Replacement of carrier targets and Concept and quality development
• More development of Protection concepts and special standards

Mobile support

• Consultation and Consultation of young people in Consultation
• Implementation of Social Pedagogical Family Assistance (SPFH)
• Work within the framework of Consultations
• Contacts
• Implementation of Clearing processes

Your profile

• Successful study of Social work, Social education, Pedagogy or comparable qualification
• Ideally first experience in specialized guidance or coordination of employees
• Ability to Structure, Moderation and Continuing a team
• Safety in Conversion with complex case constellations
• Cooperational capacity in cooperation with different actors
• Self-employed and well-organized mode of operation** in mobile settings
• Promotion
• Basic computer skills
• Interested in working with Positive Peer Culture (PPC)
