The Group Client Lifecycle Management – Control and Digitization coordinates and optimizes the business processes in client lifecycle management at DZ BANK AG. A central task is to translate technical requirements into innovative solutions. This is how we drive the digital transformation along the entire customer life cycle. To this end, we connect our internal applications and data with external offers of software providers and data suppliers. Business Analyst (m/w/d) You are structuring the requirements of our stakeholders and formulating them as an interface to IT. On the basis of your analysis results, you develop well-founded technical concepts, especially for business partner, account and depot management – following a holistic approach and keeping the user experience in mind. You optimize the roadmap of our CLM.direct application platform and translate both strategic goals and customer requirements into structured features, user stories or use cases. You evaluate professionally existing interface architectures and identify potential for improvement.

Successful study of business informatics or a similar academic degree – alternatively a comparable qualification, complemented by corresponding professional practice in the KYC environment Multiannual experience in the (partial) project management as well as in the business analysis, ideally in the banking environment with focus on KYC or Compliance processes Klares Plus: familiar with interdisciplinary and agile work, e.g. Scrum / Kanban Also of advantage: basic understanding of regulatory requirements in a bank (GwG, KWG, BaFin) Routined in interface management Very good German and English in word and writing
