completed university studies (e.g. Social Work, Education, Theology, Religious Education Political Science, etc.) ideally experience in youth association work and cooperation with volunteers ideally first professional experience in youth education and/or organisational development Sensitivity to the realities of life, perspectives and questions of young people Willingness to train ''Prevention of Sexualized Violence'' (multiplier:internal training can be acquired later) Self-employment, team skills and creativity, resilience and empathy Skills in conceptual and content work Willingness to work in the evening hours and weekends
