They are responsible for the compliance and control of the process sequences in the handling warehouse with compliance with legal requirements. They lead your team in the envelope camp, taking into account economic, qualitative and safety-relevant goals in coordination with their supervisors. They conduct team meetings and conduct start-up and task-related feedback talks. They ensure quality and performance within the processes in the envelope. In case of need, they cooperate in the operational business in the timely loading and unloading of the trucks.

They ideally have a successfully completed development to the logistics master (m/w/d), a training as a specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics or have a well-founded professional experience in the area of handling warehouses. They have a stapler certificate and have experience with front-stapers and double-stock ants, especially in loading. They possess enforcement and have experience in employee management. They work carefully, confidently, responsibly and look forward to working in new processes and shaping them appropriately.
