We believe that every behaviour has a good reason. For our trauma education group in Flensburg we are looking for people who want to work with this attitude. As a supporter of youth assistance, we accompany young people with complex needs in a reliable setting with 10 seats and 4 self-employed places in the transition to an independent life.

You are stable in even stormy situations Your controls will help you to ensure security during the night and have a vigilant eye on all events With your ability to create clear and precise documentation, you’ll be able to trace all events completely. Economic activities are in your blood and you make sure everything remains clean and tidy You always have an open ear for the questions and problems of young people and create a harmonious working environment

You bring experience in youth assistance and crisis communication and know you with deescalation techniques. Your strength lies in your empathy and fun to handle people Teamability and flexibility are both a high level of responsibility If you have training as a social pedagogical assistant, this is of advantage
