Construction project manager (m/f/d)

Do you want to actively shape international industrial and logistics projects and take responsibility for future-oriented locations? We are working as a construction project controller (m/w/x) at the site in Gütersloh in an environment that focuses on cooperation, innovation and sustainable results. Together with internal and external partners: you create the basis for long-term project success and shape the future of our global logistics infrastructure. Are you on it? Holistic project management: You control national and international construction projects across all relevant project phases and ensure that cost, timing and quality objectives are achieved. Planning and stakeholder management: Together with internal departments, customers, authorities and external service providers, you create transparency, coordinate requirements and ensure successful project implementation. Call and award: Supporting tendering and award processes is your responsibility as well as cooperation with engineering offices and general contractors. Building contractor and administrative coordination: You represent the interests of the company towards authorities and project partners:industry for clear and binding voting processes. Start-up and project completion: From completion to handover, you accompany commissioning, coordinate fault management and ensure complete project documentation.

Studies: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering construction or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in construction project control, project management or construction management, ideally in industrial or logistics construction, will distinguish you. Project and method skills: Funded knowledge in project management and experience in managing complex construction projects help you to master challenges structured and solution-oriented. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and are ready to travel nationally and internationally. Personality: You work independently, think entrepreneurially, promote cooperation in the team and convince by communication strength, curiosity and a binding way of working.
