Quality Manager Measurement Technology / Complaint Management (m/f/d)

For the Schramberg site we have to occupy the following place at the next possible time:

Quality Manager (m/w/d) - Messtechnik & Reklamationsmanagement - in full time

Your duties Advertising management: independent processing of customer and supplier complaints including cause analysis (e.g. 8D-Report, Ishikawa, 5-Why) and the introduction of sustainable storage measures.

Optical measurement technology: Programming of measurement programs for production-accompanying testing.

Quality assurance: participation in the care and further development of the QM system (according to IATF 16949 /ISO 14001)

Coordination, development and compilation of documents for process and product release (PPAP)

Documentation: Creation and maintenance of quality-relevant documents such as test plans, test instructions, measurement protocols, test certificates and test reports.

Cooperation: Close coordination with the various departments in quality issues.

Your profile Completed technical training or comparable knowledge

Basic knowledge of quality management (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)

Professional experience in quality management/security

Continuing training on quality skills/quality assistants would be desirable

Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
