You support and accompany the children entrusted to you with special needs It is important for you to have the individual representation of children and integrate them holisticly into your everyday work You are regularly exchanged with the educators. You are committed and can also work well in your own initiative You work closely with the team and their management and strive to implement common pedagogical concepts and funding plans

You have completed vocational training as a pedagogical specialist in accordance with §7 KitaG or have a qualification as an ergotherapist, logo teacher, curative or curative nurse (m/w/d) OR You have a different qualification and very good experience with children who have a special need for funding Their basic attitude is value-estimating and sensitive when working with children You are committed and open to further developments in pedagogical work You are open to further training in the field of INKLUSION Practical experience, expertise and interest in demanding work in the field of early childhood education chronological flexibility Pre- and in part also in the afternoon from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 pm at least one speech level B2
