Group Leader Construction and Building Infrastructure (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and disciplinary management of the Construction and Building Infrastructure Group and promote the further development of your employees You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of the building and property infrastructure and ensure sustainable maintenance and demand-oriented further development of the existing buildings You control national and international construction and site development projects from planning, tendering and awarding to construction You drive forward the optimization and digitization of processes and advise the group of companies on building, building and infrastructure projects You coordinate cooperation with authorities, construction offices, planning offices, experts and other external service providers and accompany approval procedures You are responsible for the cost center, investment, personnel and resource planning of your area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with quality, dates, costs, legal requirements and internal standards

You have a successfully completed master's degree in the field of civil engineering or a comparable discipline You bring together several years of relevant professional experience in the field of construction, building infrastructure or site development, ideally in an industrial company You have experience in the professional and ideally disciplinary leadership of employees and in the management of interdisciplinary project teams You have a well-founded knowledge of the development, planning and implementation of industrial construction projects as well as extensive expertise in tendering, execution planning, construction design, contracting, contract law (BGB, VOB/B) and HOAI You convince by a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner of operation and by a sovereign occurrence towards internal and external contact persons You have good SAP and MS Office skills and good English skills
