Project management in the field of corporate development (including project coordination and project tasks) Organisation, management and management of meetings Regular project report to (internal) client:inside Development of requirements for the development and adaptation of software systems, data interfaces, etc. Knowledge transfer from previous processes and working methods to new IT systems Creation of documentation and processes with MS Office and process visualization tools and maintenance project status in project management software (Factro) Responsibility for project controlling and creation of project plans Implementation of software tests and data migration Participation in the training of software users: Coordination and support of feedback-based development and optimization of the software systems used

successfully completed technical training or completed studies in technical or economic fields Found 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally already as project management First experiences in handling ERP systems or IT interfaces Advanced experience in projects to introduce IT and software systems Advantage: Experiences in dealing with databases, RPA and/or AI and certification as project manager:in good knowledge in process and/or quality management very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel, and project management software systems high self-employment and structured as well as result- and service-oriented mode of operation
