As a project assistant in the field of railway infrastructure (m/w/d), you can support the project management in the planning, organization and implementation of the demanding project Kinzigtal. You keep an eye on dates, deadlines and documents and ensure a reliable flow of information between all internal and external project participants. With your organizational talent, your communication strength and your structured work, you contribute to a smooth project sequence. Organisation: Support of project management in organisational and administrative tasks and coordination of operational day-to-day business Support: independent preparation and follow-up of internal and external dates, meetings and events Data management: Structured and reliable digital storage and maintenance of processes, documents and contracts in the digital construction file Communication: Close coordination with internal and external project participants as well as further interfaces to promote transparent and smooth cooperation Variety: Takeover of small special projects in addition to the daily business and dedicated and solution-oriented support of the project team

Qualification: Completed studies or completed commercial training, e.g. to the businesswoman (m/w/d) for office management, to the businesswoman (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification – ideally with first experience in project assistance Know-how: First knowledge in common project management methods, safe handling of Microsoft Office applications and a good understanding of project objectives, processes and requirements Skills: solution-oriented, binding and service-oriented communication mode as well as pronounced organizational talent, structured operation and efficient time management Communication: Very good oral and written knowledge of German Flexibility: willingness to regularly accompany the construction project in Bad Soden-Salmünster on site Mobility: Class B driving licence
