Project Manager Development of Medical Technology Therapy Devices (m/f/d)

To strengthen our development area, we are looking for a dedicated personality for managing development projects in the field of therapy devices. In this role you design innovative medical devices from idea to market launch and work closely with interdisciplinary teams. Project Responsibility from A to Z: Takeover of the management of development projects – from conception to development to market launch in the product area Project planning and control: Creation, maintenance and monitoring of detailed project plans including target definition, milestones, schedules and budget and resource planning taking into account internal processes and regulatory requirements Teamwork and leadership: Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams as well as professional leadership and coordination of project participants Risk and Chance Management: Systematic Identification, Assessment and Control of Project Risks and Active Recognition and Use of Opportunities to Optimize Time, Cost, Quality and Product Use Resources management: coordination and optimization of resource use, including personnel, material and budget Communication & Reporting: Central interface for project participants and stakeholders, regular status reports and presentations on project progress and active management of project and stakeholder communication Requirements Management: Creation and maintenance of requirements and project documentation in cooperation with internal stakeholders Quality assurance: Ensuring that all project phases and results meet the defined quality and process standards

Complete educational path in the technical or scientific field, e.g. medical technology, engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in managing complex development projects, ideally in medical technology Sovereign handling of project, risk and chance management over the entire project life cycle Very good knowledge of product development according to V-Modell, supplemented by pragmatic application of agile methods Knowledge about MDR and other regulatory requirements Impressed entrepreneurial thinking with a view to added value, efficiency and market success High result and implementation orientation as well as excellent communication and moderation competence Enabler mentality with enthusiasm, clarity and willingness to design Competence in moderation, structured communication and presentation and description of processes Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
