Your post: Technology, Safety and Efficiency

• As a domestic engineer (m/w/d), you play a key role in the maintenance of our technical infrastructure. Your tasks at a glance:
• Operation and monitoring of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities (HLKS)
• Disruption analysis and independent remedy of minor technical shortcomings
• Implementation of regular inspection and inspection procedures
• Participation in safety-relevant tests (TÜV, DGUV, fire protection)
• Coordination and support of external service providers and specialist companies
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations
• Guided maintenance and test books and documentation in the CAFM/Ticket system
• Participation in readiness

Your profile: technical understanding and team spirit

• What you are ideally bringing:
• Complete craft or technical training
• Experience in technical building management (HLK, electric, sanitary facilities)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and common ticket systems
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work
• Class B driving licence
• Required: forklift, operating permission for lifting work platforms
• Teamability, Reliability and High Technical Understanding
• You have good knowledge of German in word and writing – ideally you have been living in Germany for several years. A smooth communication in the team is particularly important for this position
