Energy and Building Systems Engineer (Temporary Position)

Control construction projects: You take over the project management and control for new construction, rebuilding, modernization and refurbishment measures over all phases of the HOAI project, thereby consistently representing the interests of the builder External partners lead: You coordinate and monitor external architecture and engineering offices and ensure the quality, time and budget implementation Develop sustainable building concepts: You plan and accompany future-oriented, energy-efficient and economical building concepts and implement targeted measures for energy-efficient optimisation of the stock Making transformation: You actively participate in the strategic development of the building stock and consistently align it with the current climate protection and sustainability goals Ensure funding: You identify suitable funding programs, control the application as well as the subsequent processing and thus get the maximum of financial support for the projects

You have a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor, Diplom FH or Master) in the fields of climate engineering, energy and building technology, building physics, sustainable building, architecture with technical focus Ideally you bring professional experience in building, project or facility management Knowledge in public procurement and contracting (VOB, HOAI, VgV) are advantageous: expertise in the fields, sustainable and energy-efficient construction, building and plant engineering, building physics, energy-efficient renovation, climate protection and sustainability, project management Self-contained, structured and economical way of working out Team skills, communication strength and negotiation skills complete your profile
