• You analyze existing processes and systems in our business incidents and create optimization potentials
• With a view to user experience, IT stack and regulatory requirements, you develop innovative solutions and implement them in close cooperation with the operational departments
• You create convincing specialist concepts, customer journey maps and decision templates and present them confidently before stakeholders
• The continuous improvement of customer and employee journey is your focus
• You take responsibility in projects and initiatives: From requirement analysis to implementation to testing new features you keep an overview

You Your profile - Analytical, structured, strong communication:

• Successfully completed studies in business informatics, BWL or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in process management or as a business analyst:in, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector
• Knowledge of process analysis and modelling as well as experience with agile working methods
• Understanding IT systems and architectures, especially in the field of business process system or workflow tools
• Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and a high degree of self-initiative
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
