You as a designer:in: You will find individual and practical solutions and promote the success of the company by successfully developing from the project idea up to the ready-to-implementation concept and transferring the finished concept portfolio to the project execution planning.

You as a driver:in and a pioneer:in this case you develop concepts for new construction, renewal and maintenance projects in the area of transformers. You are constantly reviewing and improving your work processes (operational excellence).

You as Strateg:in: You are responsible for the concept development up to the release of implementation with the affected business areas and external stakeholders.

You as an energy hero:in: You are responsible for defined project phases and ensure appointment and quality management requirements. In addition, you already take into account low-risk work in your construction concepts in the execution and compliance with the safety regulations.

Your appearance with effect: You are a technical contact person:in, the Bavarian factory represents the outside and have the answers to planning and environmental issues. Inward you are a model and live our occupational safety culture. You share your knowledge with your colleagues.

You bring a successfully completed study of electrical engineering, energy technology, renewable energies or a comparable qualification.
