Advice & care: You answer questions from our locations about technical, structural & organizational fire protection. Fire protection: You will ensure the proper condition of fire detection and fire control devices, such as fire alarm & fire extinguishers. Maintenance of documentation: In the field of fire protection (brand protection regulations, escape and rescue plans, firefighter plans) as well as for access control, closing system and key management. Training: Organisation of training and training in the field of fire protection (evacuation exercises, instruction, training of fire protection workers). Risk assessments: support in the preparation of assessments. Security: Responsibility and supervision of access controls and closing systems incl. Key management as well as their maintenance & maintenance. Management: Responsibility for access authorizations and closing circuits as well as output & programming of transponders. Participation: in our business continuity management (BCM) with the focus on securing our business processes against the impact of natural disasters, fire, sabotage, intrusion and failure of infrastructure.

Training/studies: Complete technical basic training (e.g. information electronics, fire protection and hazard alarm systems) or technical studies (ingenieurswesen, safety technology, fire protection, etc.) or a comparable qualification. Experience: Consistent with fire alarm systems, access control and closing systems (optimally Simons & Voss). Negotiating skills: safe handling of service providers, authorities and specialist planners. Pragmatics: The ability to translate requirements from laws, permits and technical rules into pragmatic solutions and to explain these different target groups in a comprehensible manner. Self-employment: Structured and responsible working and reliability and team capacity. Continuing training: To the fire protection officer or the willingness to obtain them. German knowledge: Very good in word and writing. IT: Funded knowledge in MS-Office applications. Driving licence: Class B as well as readiness to travel within Bavaria.
