Technical Object Manager in Facility Management m/w/d Place of use: Kaufering Reference: 2026-040404 Working time: Full time

Professional and disciplinary responsibility for about 10 employees in your property incl. Planning of personnel use Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services for technical installations at the industrial site Central contact for the customer in questions of technical building management Support in the operation of the object and operation of the technical systems and CAFM systems

Technical training as an electronics engineer for energy & building technology / energy plant electronics / electrical installer / plant mechanics SHK / installer for heating air conditioning Continuing training as technician / master / bachelor - in facility management / technical building equipment TGA / utility technology, sanitary heating air conditioning technology or electrical engineering 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position Optimum would be good knowledge of GLT / MSR as well as MS Office, SAP and Planon Good negotiating skills as well as persuasiveness, cost awareness and high customer and service orientation German knowledge at least level C1 and driving licence class B
