Working student in purchasing (m/f/d)

The municipal works of Halstenbek are a modern energy supply company with the divisions electricity, gas, water, heat, waste water and other services. We employ 60 people. The supply area extends to the municipality of Halstenbek with around 18,000 inhabitants and surrounding communities. The office location is close to the S3 (S-Bahnstation Halstenbek) and is easily accessible by public transport. To strengthen our team in purchasing, we are looking for you

from now on, for 18 to 20 hours per week, limited to 6 months.

You support our day-to-day shopping team. You help prepare for tenders, supplier qualifications, inquiries and price comparisons. You work as part of a special project on the care and installation of product and shopping master data. You accompany operating shopping activities for various needs. You conduct market analyses and searches for potential suppliers. You'll start evaluations and overviews in Excel.

You are a registered student of economics (Bachelor or Master), ideally focusing on purchasing, supply chain or the like, First practical experiences (e.g. through an internship or a commercial training) are a plus. Knowledge in handling ERP systems (SAP, Wilken, Mach, Arriba) are desirable, but not absolutely necessary. You have fun in numbers and bring analytical thinking. You know well with MS Office, especially Excel. You speak and write very good German.

Flexible working hours between 6:30 and 19:00 – perfect to combine job and study. Free coffee drinks & coffee specialities – energy for the day is secured €19.30 per hour – fair paid and transparent. A friendly team that supports you and gives you responsibility. .
