Head of Construction Management & Deployment (m/w/d)

The location can be exercised at one of our offices, preferably at the locations Leverkusen, Berlin (Schönefeld) or Munich (Pullach).

You can use your team to ensure proactive, correct and continuous execution of the following tasks: Responsibility for testing and evaluating existing sites with regard to usability based on stock documentation and static assessment documents Creation of a customer-specific usage concept for existing sites Operational service provider control in the Factory Line/Third Party Ensuring costly and timely implementation of all new building measures and complex rebuilding measures including lack of delivery to the customer Implementation of site assessment and creation of user concepts based on specific customer requirements Building and building engineering planning to ensure compliance with legal, technical requirements of DFMG, as well as customer-specific requirements Site-related control and time tracking over GU, development of rollout forecastings Examination and approval of offers, planning documents and measures Support of GU meetings and secure location-related escalation management in the customer interface

You perform the following tasks as manager (m/w/d) of the team: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team, as well as perception of overall responsibility for results and employees Defining the task scope and defining clear responsibilities Ensuring occupational safety Organisation of the team incl. resource management in coordination with contractors/management incl. Control and Priority Implementation of the culture and strategy of the business unit Promoting feedback culture and self-initiative and employee responsibility Responsibility for the skill-related and personal expansion of the team, aimed at future-oriented and sustainable competence development through e.g. Initiation of training and further development of employees and promotion of lifelong learning Target group-specific communication Promoting talent, motivation and enthusiasm for employees

Complete university studies (e.g. engineering, communications, mechanical engineering, etc.), or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of activity leadership experience desirable Experience in the mobile and/or construction industry desirable Experience in handling GUs or experience as GUs Knowledge of project management Regular readiness to travel (after Leverkusen) Good knowledge of PC standard software Coordination and organisational capacity Expressability and communication strength High level of ownership and commitment German in Word and Writing Good knowledge of English
