Your role Development, implementation and operation of modern ServiceNow solutions in the DevOps team

Development of tailor-made solutions together with process managers, product owners and solution architects to support and automate business processes

Analysis, assessment and technical implementation of technical requirements in high-quality, predictable and scalable solutions taking into account performance, usability and long-term viability

Ensuring a high standard approach to avoiding Technical Debt and for optimal use of future platform developments

Integration of modern technologies, including AI, and development of reliable interfaces to adjacent systems and platforms

Ensure the safety, stability and quality of the applications and solutions that have been answered

Close cooperation with other ServiceNow product teams in the implementation of cross-platform requirements as well as active participation and continuous development of development standards, methods and processes in the DevOps team

As part of our DevOps product team, you actively shape the further development of our ServiceNow platform and help to provide innovative digital services with sustainable added value for our users.

Completed studies in computer science or comparable

Insufficient professional experience and detectable successes as ServiceNow Application Specialist / Developer in the relevant ServiceNow products

Detectable experience in the implementation of ServiceNow implementation projects and in the integration of third-party systems through various integration technologies

Extensive experience in the integration of third-party systems through various integration technologies

proof of an ITIL Foundation certification; a project management certification is advantageous

Experience in agile working environments and in agile and hybrid project methods

Embossed team orientation, high target orientation as well as a structured and self-responsive way
