Various tasks As a consultant in Commercial Contract Management, you are responsible for coordinating the contractual settlement and for defining and indexing all ongoing operations management, service, maintenance and maintenance contracts between EOS and the asset and subsidiary companies In addition, you take over the coordination of billing, which serves as input for sales revenue planning They optimize the contractual accounting processes and maintain and extend the contract database to ensure transparency about the accounting content of the contracts In your role, you coordinate the development, creation, costing, negotiation and recalculation of Extra Service Orders (ESOs), which constitute additional contracts for services outside existing contracts They shall ensure in advance that there is a risk and cost-effectiveness assessment at all cost positions of the additional agreements.
