Operational Controller / Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Analysis of telephony, process and processing volumes. Definition, development and analysis of operational indicators (KPIs). Creation of deviation analyses and operational forecasts. Construction, maintenance and further development of performance dashboards, management reports and ad-hoc analyses. Identification of bottlenecks, deviations and optimization potentials. Close cooperation with the areas of projects, processes & quality management on the causes analysis and development of sustainable improvement measures. Economic Sparring Partner for the operational departments. Preparation of operational findings and decision bases for management.

Embossed numerical affinity as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking. Structured, independent and pragmatic mode of operation. The ability to make complex data understandable and to derive concrete recommendations for action. Secure handling of Microsoft Excel (especially Power Query and Pivot) as well as BI tools (ideally Power BI). Knowledge in SQL, VBA, SAP or workforce management systems is desirable. Qualifications Complete study of the business economy, economics or a comparable subject area. Alternatively, a commercial training with relevant professional experience in operational controlling, performance management or data-based control.
