As a team leader (m/w/d) in the filming industry, you take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of a production team in the 2-shift operation. You are responsible for the efficient production of individual parts and small series and ensure that quality, time and cost requirements are met. With your technical know-how and organizational skills, you contribute significantly to the further development of the area. professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of up to 15 employees Operation planning, shift coordination and further development of employees Monitoring of production processes on conventional and CNC lathes & milling machines Ensure the availability of equipment, tools and measuring means Identification of optimization potentials in process, quality and transit time as well as cooperation in cross-departmental projects

completed technical training, ideally in the field of machining mechanics and an advancement to the technician or master, or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in CNC manufacturing first leadership experience in a comparable position is desirable Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM systems is advantageous Enforceability, communication strength and high team orientation as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
