(Junior) Visual Merchandiser (m/f/d)

You evaluate existing store layouts and guide well-founded recommendations for visual optimization. You shape surface layouts, presentation islands and seasonal theme areas with a high brand effect. Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all sales channels is one of your tasks (stationary & omnichannel). With the creation of visual guidelines, playbooks and clear implementation recommendations, you support local teams. You coordinate adaptations in close cooperation with architecture, design and retail teams. Thanks to you, best practice examples are developed and the successful implementations are structured and documented. You use digital tools for planning, visualization and reporting (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint).

Studies in the field of communication design, retail design, interior design, fashion design or a comparable qualification. 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally in a conceptual or advisory role. Very good understanding of brand management, customer journey and the commercial impact of area concepts. Competent appearance and clear communication capability. Safe handling of digital tools for design, visualization and reporting (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint). Readiness to travel as part of store visits, reviews and implementation. The contract shall be valid for two years.
