Responsibility for the planning and implementation of product training. Creating and developing presentations, training documents and technical documentation. Detailed development of contact planning for all relevant target groups (OEM, trade and workshop). Training of OE customers on sales, assembly and product management regarding the entire product range of Pinion. Practical instruction for keeping and implementing assembly rules. Support in technical support via hotline, mail and other communication channels. Support for trade fairs and events.

Safe and competent appearance. A passion for cycling, technology and people. High quality standards for the range of activities. Good diplomatic sense in the conversation. Very safe German and English in word and writing; other languages of advantage. Multiannual experience in training and technical training. Completed technically oriented training, ideally in the area of two-wheeler. Technicians or Master's degree of advantage. Readiness to travel (Europe-wide, especially DACH room and Benelux) & driving licence (car).
