For the Vitos Youth Assistance in the Homberg region, we are looking for our living group Ludwig-Mohr-Straße, a housing group with a fully-steady care offer for young people aged 14-18, an educator, nurse or social education (m/w/d) in the range of employment of up to 100%.

You accompany young people from the age of 14 to 18 with special impairments in social and learning behaviour and help them as a close reference person in everyday life. You plan, design and document educational processes, structure the daily routine and work closely with the family of origin and other institutions. You have flexible hours of service in the evenings, weekends and nights.

You have completed a training as a state-recognized educator, nurse, social education (m/w/d) or a comparable training. You are legally and professionally safe. You work independently, reflect yourself and are interested in developing yourself professionally and personally. You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you earn € 4.042 or € 4.321 including allowance for housing and SuE allowance. For many years of professional experience, up to €5.420 are possible (based on TVöD-B S8b for full-time, part-time, social education receive S12). In addition, there are shift or shift supplements, supplements for night, holiday and Sunday work, a special annual payment of 90% of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant. We work intensively and offer further and further training opportunities, supervision, coaching and expert advice. You can use offers of occupational health promotion; also bike leasing is possible.
