Technical and disciplinary management of accounting (8 employees) Processing and clarification of difficult basic questions, preparation of work and action guidelines Responsibility for financial accounting and financial statements according to HGB and tax law Control of liquidity and monitoring of tax returns and audits Further development of processes including Digitalization and software administration Promoting team development and close cooperation with the controlling team As head of the Accounting Unit, you will not only take over the leadership of your team, but you will actively shape processes and get operational. The incorporation takes place over a period of six months and is personally accompanied by the current management of the Accounting Unit.

Completed studies in finance/invoicing or comparable qualification (bailance book holder advantageous) Multiannual professional experience in a leading position, ideally in the non-profit or public sector Finded knowledge of HGB accounting and sales tax law Safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office, analytical thinking and precise operation Leadership, communication strength and openness for changes

Unlimited employment contract in fulltime Remuneration according to our collective agreement TV-AVH (EG 12)Annual salary level 2 to level 4: 56.625,00 to 69.150,00 EUR gross per year without special payment, etc. The allocation to the stage of development depends on the relevant professional experience
