The tasks of the team management include: Ensure the technical service provision with regard to dates, costs and quality Communication and coordination Development activities in the aviation sector with R&T/preliminary, development departments Responsible for the customer acquisition of new national customers Staff planning and disciplinary staff management Resource and utilization planning Project management for aviation approvals and development projects in new customer environment Sales support in international defence environment

Completed university studies, primarily with technical discipline or comparable Broad, long-term professional experience Experience as project manager with military, regulatory and aviation procurement processes Knowledge of the military situation in the field of development, authorisation and operation of aeronautical equipment Knowledge of common tools (development and request environment, test and backup) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Knowledge of relevant aviation regulations, standards and standards and principles of air law Funded knowledge of system engineering, process management Business knowledge of cost centers and income accounting Highly pronounced quality awareness and strong consulting skills Impressed negligence Multiannual experience in customer management and sales in the military sector Very high customer and service orientation High level of resilience Competence in the areas of team management and communication Experience in managing projects and project teams in the international environment Safe appearance with high didactic proportions Strong team capability
