You prepare all billing-relevant data on time and error-free – and ensure smooth payroll accounting. Working with external service providers is efficient and solution-oriented. At the same time, you are in constant close coordination with the controlling, accounting and the remaining HR team. You are the first respondent to all questions concerning wage tax, social security and occupational retirement. You're working certificates, papers and communicating with authorities and health insurance companies. Variable salary components, incentives and special features you calculate independently and correctly. Annual, quarterly and monthly accounts you carry out routined and stand aside in audits with advice and action. Processes in the area of Payroll Management are constantly optimising and making HR key figures understandable.

You have a completed commercial training – ideally with training in the Payroll area. You have extensive experience as Payroll Specialist:in the payroll bill. You are characterized by knowledge of wage tax, social security and collective bargaining. You bring very good knowledge of ADP Paisy, Datev or a similar tool, MS Excel and ideally ATOSS or SAP SuccessFactors. German and English you can certainly master in word & font.
