Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you You take responsibility for strategic personnel and personnel cost planning including budget, forecasts and quarterly planning cycles.

You analyze, tax and consolidate personnel costs, personnel numbers, plan/actual deviations and forecasts as the basis for financial planning, HR control and management decisions.
