The job is suspended in the Workplace Operations & Event Team. This area also includes the entire office organization including the theme of fleet. (Department: The enrolled body mainly includes tasks in fleet management and in addition the support of the Office team) This place presupposes flexibility in a weekly change in an early service (07:00 – 16:00) or Late service (10:00 – 19:00) to work as this is a prerequisite for our office management Your tasks Administration and administration of the entire fleet (service cars, pool vehicles), including termination and monitoring of maintenance, repairs, TÜV terminals and tyre changes, as well as documentation of vehicle documents and management of vehicle keys Communication with leasing partners, insurance companies and workshops as well as support for onboarding and offboarding in relation to vehicle assignments Develop and optimize internal processes around office management and fleet organization Support for a smooth office run, including daily control and organisation of meeting rooms, as well as care and equipping of the common areas such as kitchen, lounge and reception Use in Hospitality at reception to support a decent and welcoming working environment

Complete commercial training and experience in the field of fleet management or affinity for KFZ topics Organizational design: Structured planning and overview of processes and deadlines Service orientation and team skills: Friendly, solution-oriented appearance, focus on user satisfaction and close cooperation with Office Operations, HR and Finance Flexibility: Responsibility and problem solving in unpredictable situations and short-term changes Digital affinity: Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel) and mobility platforms; German very good in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
