Accountant/Business Economist as Team Leader Financial Accounting (m/f/d)

Management of financial and accounting, including professional and disciplinary leadership of the team and organisation of workflows. Ensuring the proper accounting and monitoring of all business transactions (creditors, debitors, asset accounting, main book) including payment transactions and internal control system. Creation and preparation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB as well as responsibility for tax issues, in particular turnover tax. Coordination and monitoring of audits (e.g. revision, audit, external audit) and implementation of audit findings. Further development of processes and systems, in particular digitization and optimization of processes and support of the ERP system as a key user.

Completed commercial training with additional qualification in accounting, further training on accountancy book holder or university degree with a focus on finance/invoicing or comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, preferably in public service or in a publicly embossed organisation. Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel. Very good knowledge of HGB accounting and tax law. Experience in handling ERP systems and digital accounting processes. Structured, analytical and solution-oriented methods. Impressed communication skills and leadership skills. High readiness for responsibility and strong understanding of economic relations.
