Coordinator – Sustainability (m/f/d)

Environmental management: The team will develop measures to reduce the environmental impact of the Kreissparkasse Köln. In future, participation in the development of an environmental management system is possible. Sustainable building standards: You support the development of sustainability-related standards that are rolled out through the real estate portfolio of the Kreissparkasse Köln. These include e.g. Material selection, building greening, waste management, PV, TGA, charging infrastructure, design outdoor facilities etc. Service provider control: You support the coordination of internal service providers to implement the measures. CO2 footprint: Take part in the annual survey and calculation of CO2 footprint as well as the preparation of sustainability reports (according to CSRD). Energy management: You contribute to the improvement of energy management according to ISO 50001 (including energy consumption analyses, development of measures, monitoring of progress). Change Management: Promote the sustainable change processes of the Kreissparkasse Köln and new ways of thinking within our organization.

Qualification: You already have experience in sustainability management and/or have a well-founded task-related education degree. Interest: The topics of sustainability and environmental management are a personal concern that you are pursuing with enthusiasm and locational sensitivity. Industry knowledge: You were ideally already active in the construction industry or real estate industry. Expertise: Knowledge about environmental management systems according to ISO 14001 are welcome. Communication strength: It is up to you to actively shape change processes. You can proceed in a structured manner and also enjoy contact with colleagues from other disciplines. You meet other positions with empathy and persuasiveness and remain on the ball.
