Our client is a successful engineering office, which has been steadily growing for years, for planning in the field of technical building equipment (TGA planning) with extremely attractive large projects throughout Germany and an attractive customer base. The company has several locations in Germany and is currently looking for reinforcement for the growing location in downtown Hamburg.

Head of Project HKLS (m/w/d) You are an attractive TGA large-scale project as the first contact for the customer in all questions concerning the HKLS plants and are responsible for the smooth implementation up to the acceptance. You are professionally responsible for your area, have great scope for design as well as the prospect of becoming a partner/partner in a very value-adding environment.

We are looking for both project managers (m/w/d) in the HKLS area as well as project employees or project managers (m/w/d) who want to take more responsibility on the basis of their first professional experience. What is your focus within HKLS is completely left to you. You will be welcome to contribute according to your strengths. Technical responsibility for the projecting of HKLS within complex TGA total projects and coordination with the other planned structures Planning and planning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities Comprehensive monitoring of the order processing from scale to audit to acceptance First contact for the customer during contract calls and award recommendations Construction monitoring, quality control, cost control and time monitoring

Successfully completed technical training in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) or studies in the fields of utility technology, energy and building technology, energy system technology, etc., ideally with a suitable vocational training to the plant mechanic or technician for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology Including experience in designing and planning projects in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary (HKLS) or building automation Experience in the technical management of project teams is beneficial, but no need Secure use of MS Office and in handling tendering programs, basic knowledge in CAD Motivated, high-communication team player with safe appearance and a friendly, modest way German fluent in word and writing
