From day 1 interesting and varied tasks await you: You support digital user experience concepts with focus on our customer portal and our website You first set up prototypes and support in the design; giving you valuable input for our development teams and other internal stakeholders You accompany the execution and evaluation of Rapid User Tests, A/B tests and user/customer surveys You conduct market analyses and competition observations on digital trends in the insurance industry You perform the evaluation of customer feedback from various sources and assist in deriving measures You work independently with support from a versatile team.
