With over 1,300 employees, the Landratsamt Konstanz is one of the largest employers in the region. The Schifffahrtsamt Konstanz is the central point of contact for all maritime concerns on the Lake Constance, in particular in the Baden-Württemberg region. Our core tasks include boat and motor registration as well as the exhibition of marine patents. The direct citizen contact and the unique working environment at the Konstanzer Seerhein make this area particularly attractive. On 1 February 2026 we are looking for a full-time or part-time electric power (w/m/d) of 80%. The body must first be appointed as a permanent representative.

You carry out all electrical work, including ship electrical and storm warning technology, with associated computer. You take on a variety of practical work at the building and on the service ships, such as ramming work and the setting of buoys. You carry out the electrical tests according to VDE standards independently.

Technical background: qualification for electrical skills or comparable training. Navigation and mobility: Lake Constance vessel patent of classes A and C or the willingness to acquire. Class B driving licence (and, where not included, class BE).

Physical suitability: suitability for work on ladders and lift climbers as well as overhead. EDV knowledge: You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications. Personal strengths: You are team-ready, reliable and durable. Their work is independent, structured and careful.

Versatility: varied task with payment up to pay group 6 TVöD (3.152,04 – 3.819,26 Euro in full time).
