Customer Service Employee - Center Part-time (25 hours/week) (m/f/d)

As a specialized business service center, we support the two TK Elevator Group companies TK Aufzüge GmbH and Tepper Aufzüge GmbH. To strengthen our Service24 Center team in Berlin Adlershof, we are looking for a dedicated employee (m/w/d) with the following tasks: Consumption and processing of fault messages and handling of incoming emergency calls Admission and control of Monteur inserts Connection of internal and external customers to the desired interlocutor Production and modification of orders Conducting remote diagnostics and trouble stack reading input and maintenance of technical data as well as preparation of evaluations and reporting Working hours are 25 hours/week

Excellent German required in word and writing Friendly and accommodating way as well as a high service awareness Self-responsible and team-oriented working and high stress tolerance Flexibility (based on the 3-layer system 24/7) and ready-to-use Good knowledge of MS Office Technical understanding (SAP knowledge of advantage)
