About the company

Our customer is an established company in the highly regulated healthcare environment and offers a responsible leadership position with strategic design playroom at a GMP-certified production site. Total responsibility for pharmaceutical, economic and organizational production and wholesale pharmaceuticals Ensuring production and delivery capability in compliance with all applicable GMP requirements Continuous optimization of process processes to increase efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness Responsibility for resource planning and capacity management (personal, plant, materials) Leadership of the entire site team with around 80 employees, including further development of the production team Strategic participation of the company development in the planned growth strategy Close cooperation with the management Budget responsibility and cost control for the production area

Completed scientific or technical studies (e.g. pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology), alternatively business studies with experience in the pharmaceutical sector Deep and well-founded professional experience in pharmaceutical industry Permanent management of larger teams with at least 30 employees Finded knowledge of regulatory requirements according to §13 AMG (production permit) and §52a AMG (large trade permit) Detectable successes in the management of larger teams (min. 50-80 employees), incl. guidance of field lines Embossed communication and leadership skills with a motivating, solution-oriented leadership style Experience in the economic management of production plants, including budget responsibility and cost optimization
