Analysis of the sales and raw earnings development of our national companies and the group across all distribution channels. Creating meaningful dashboards and reports, for example with Power BI, to support sound decisions. Identification of key drivers of margin development and derivation of measures to increase profitability and growth. Development of forecasts, scenarios and data-based decision bases for finance and the commercial environment. Close cooperation with Finance, Category Management, our regional organisations and other relevant disciplines. Processing of management documents including clear analyses, recommendations for action and decision options. Active participation in a transparent and data-driven corporate governance at country and group level.

Multiannual professional experience in commercial controlling, performance management or a comparable analytical environment, ideally in trade. Knowledge of margin analysis and data-based company management. Safe handling of business intelligence and reporting solutions, preferably Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Experience in planning, forecasting and reporting at country or group level. Ability to prepare complex relationships in a comprehensible manner and to communicate them in a targeted manner. Structured, solution-oriented operation with a high quality and compliance confession. Representative team and communication strength in cooperation with national and international stakeholders.
