Development and control of the market development strategy in the food and trade environment together with the founding team Own-responsible acquisition of new B2B customers and business partners:inside Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with manufacturers, trade and system partners Analysis of market and competition developments and deriving strategic impulses for the business model Structure, Optimization and Development of Business Development and Sales Processes Company representation at trade fairs, industry events and relevant networks

1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or sales management Experience in the FMCG or trading environment of advantage, but no requirement Entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of B2B value chains Own initiative, design will and hands-on mentality Communication strength as well as safe occurrence in customer contact Structured and targeted working methods
